Ahlulbayt Sisters was founded on a simple belief: when women are given spaces to grow in faith, knowledge and sisterhood, entire communities are strengthened.

As an organisation built by sisters, for sisters, our work is shaped by the women we serve. We believe the women within our community are best placed to identify the challenges they face and the support they need. By listening first, we create initiatives that are relevant, purposeful and rooted in lived experience - ensuring every programme reflects the voices, aspirations and needs of our sisters.

Inspired by the legacy of the Ahlulbayt (as), and particularly the unwavering strength and leadership of Sayyida Zaynab (sa), we exist to build more than events - we exist to build women. Women of faith. Women of character. Women who lead with compassion, serve with sincerity, and carry their values into every part of their lives.

Everything we do is centred around creating opportunities for spiritual, intellectual and personal growth. Through discussions, workshops, community initiatives and acts of service, our aim remains the same: to bring women together, strengthen their connection with Allah (swt), and remind them that they were never meant to walk this journey alone.

Today, Ahlulbayt Sisters serves hundreds of women across the UK through accessible, community-led programmes that nurture faith, inspire growth, and cultivate meaningful sisterhood. Every initiative is made possible by the generosity of our supporters, volunteers and donors.

Our vision extends far beyond the present. We are building a generation of women who are deeply connected to their faith, committed to serving their communities, and prepared to carry the legacy of the Ahlulbayt (as) with excellence, purpose and sincerity.
