Projects for Widows & Orphans
We're Al-Kawthar, we were launched by the Al-Khoei Foundation in 2010. The project followed the Iraqi Aid Group that was established by the Foundation in 2003. Al-Kawthar is a humanitarian project providing aid, basic necessities, medical care, education and micro-finance to widows and orphans in Iraq. Ever since our launch, we have been given the opportunity to make a difference to many lives with the help of our generous donors. We have been able to sponsor over 600 orphans and provide occasional aid to a further 1000 orphans and 600 widows.
