It’s almost Ramadan once again, and I am humbled to be raising funds for iftars for the orphans of Dar‑Ul Muslimeen.
Dar‑Ul Muslimeen is an orphanage in Morogoro, Tanzania that provides a safe home, education, and loving care for orphans and children who have been rescued—often from deeply painful circumstances. This orphanage is especially close to my heart, not only because it is in my country of origin, but because its story is truly inspiring. The founders have dedicated their lives to serving these children, nurturing them with compassion and helping them heal so they can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
The documentary linked below gives a glimpse into the lives of some of the children who have been rescued and the incredible work being done. Please note that one of the stories shared is particularly difficult to hear.

Currently, the orphanage is home to 60 children - 36 boys and 24 girls ranging from 4 to 16 years of age.
One iftar costs $70, and we hope to provide as many iftars as possible to bring comfort and joy to these children during the blessed month.
Thank you, as always, for your kindness, generosity, and continued support. May your contributions bring blessings to you and your loved ones.
