November 16, 2022, 119 Rohingya ethnic refugees were stranded in Meunasah Baro, Aceh, Indonesia. This is not the first time they have run aground on wooden boats. Previously the first boat anchored with 110 Rohingya refugees. The Rohingya ethnic waded through the ocean for days because of the conflict that prevails in their home country. They were forced to flee their home land due to the existence of discrimination and social inequality.
They were founded by the local fishermen in Gampong Meunasah Baro and were waiting to be transferred to North Aceh and Medan, North Sumatera. Asar Humanity Emergency Response in Aceh has been distributing basic needs for the refugees. The ER team helped evacuate and provide food aid so they can survive at the shelter.
However we can not do this without your support. They still need our helping hands:
1. WASH area
2. Drinking water
3. Personal hygiene kit
4. Temporary shelters
5. Food and nutrition packages
6. Public kitchen
Let's help the Rohingya people through your best support and donation.
