This morning, an education centre in a Shia province in Afghanistan, Dasht-I-Barchi, was attacked by a suicide bomber, killing at least 23 and injuring 27.

Our local team is on the ground conducting a rapid needs assessment to ensure victims and their families receive urgent aid and assistance.
