Salaam Alaykum, The IUS, The10thDay, MANCOM and Manchester ABSOC are partnering for Muharram Majaalis this year. We welcome your donations to support this year's programme. We are honoured to invite Sayed Mahdi Modarresi in an 11-night Majaalis program starting 9th August 2021. The program will be from 8:30pm to Midnight daily (with extended programs on Friday and Saturday night to 1am to allow for Q and A). There will be a special day time programme for the day of Ashura. The Majaalis will be held at Albion Academy in Salford. Access to the venue will be via the Broughton Road East Entrance Staff Car Park - M6 6GL. There will be ample parking on site. For the safety of the attendees and the organisers, we have a restriction of the number of attendees and therefore prior registration to the event is mandatory to attend. Although the government guidelines have eased, we highly recommend the use of face masks and avoidance of physical contact during the program to minimise any risk of transmission of infection.
