🏃♂️ I am Hiking to Renovate a School in Uganda 🏫
£50,000 Goal - 240 Young Lives - One Powerful Mission
I have decided to hike and raise funds for something truly meaningful: helping build a better future for 240 students in Uganda.
These children - 100 girls and 140 boys - attend a school that provides far more than just education. For many, it is a refuge, a lifeline, and a place of hope. But their school is in urgent need of basic facilities that most of us take for granted.
💔 The Reality on the Ground
Right now:
- Children sleep in classrooms because there is no boarding space
- There are not enough toilets, especially for the girls
- There is no proper dining hall - children eat wherever they can
- Classrooms are cramped and cannot support digital learning
🛠️ What We are Building Together
With your support, we will help fund:
- 40 toilets - improving hygiene and dignity
- A girls' dormitory - a safe space for 100 girls
- A boys' dormitory - home for 140 boys
- Dining hall & kitchen - a warm meal, a shared table
- Playground & computer lab - because joy and technology matter too
This is not just about buildings. It is about creating safe, nurturing environments where children can grow with dignity, learn with confidence, and dream without limits.
