After the successful inaugural 3-on-3 tournament in 2024, SJ Basketball is back again with our biggest community event! On 22nd February 2025, we will be hosting our second annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament for all gents 12+ at Kingsbury High School.
Partnering with WF Aid, SJ Basketball will have all proceeds of this tournament go towards the WF AID Emergency Appeal in Lebanon. By coming together as a community to play basketball, we can play a small part in helping our brothers and sisters in Lebanon. This year, we’re aiming to support WF Aid’s efforts in building 100 homes for displaced families. 1 home costs $10,000 USD to build, and inshallah with your generosity, we can help WF Aid achieve their goal.
Staying true to the SJ Basketball’s vision of making the sport inclusive to everyone in our community, all skill levels are welcome. Whether you’re a beginner or a true hooper, this tournament is for you. It will be a full day of pure basketball and banter – Group Play, Contests, Knockout Stages, and Finals. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and the winners will leave with the coveted trophy and bragging rights for a year!
