Walking 365km for Afghanistan Aid

On Sunday September 18th my family and I will be running and walking 365 km to raise money for the Zahra Trust Afghanistan Appeal.

Afghanistan has suffered more than 40 years of conflict, natural disasters, chronic poverty and food insecurity.

24 million people in Afghanistan  need  vital humanitarian relief.

The health care system is collapsing and fundamental rights of women and girls are under threat.

The Zahra Trust is on the ground delivering essential health supplies, food parcels and providing access to safe drinking water.
