As a member of the Institute of Fundraising, mysadaqa is fully compliant with the UK Fundraising Regulator’s ‘Code of Fundraising Practice.’ This means: * Client funds are ring-fenced in a trust fund account, preventing them from being mixed with trading funds. * We adhere to all relevant data protection laws, including GDPR. * We maintain a strict Code of Conduct to ensure good practice by all our users. * We have ensured that we remain compliant with all regulations implementing best practice through continued discussion with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Fundraising Regulator & Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
